Reading is an exercise for the mind, promotes the development of brain activity, thinking, logic, expand horizons and improve memory. 3. Books are developing in us imagination, creativity and the ability to visualize. 4. Books enrich our vocabulary, improve literacy and the quality of our speech and writing. 5. Reading calms and helps relieve stress. This is achieved by the fact that a person is distracted from negative thoughts, but you need to book to be interesting and exciting.
